After my own personal journey of healing a lifetime of unexplained physical and mental symptoms, and then diving into healing a lot of deep-seated trauma, I now work with women to assist them to do the same. This is not about a framework or a protocol; it’s about the long, layered, beautiful, gut-wrenching journey back to your TRUE self. It’s about undoing the conditioning of this life, undoing the ancestral trauma, discovering who you truly are and how you’re meant to operate in this life. It’s about ascending and meeting your Higher Self.
